EUHPP Live Webinar on RE-SAMPLE outcomes

On 17 November 2025, RE-SAMPLE welcomed policymakers, healthcare professionals, researchers, software engineers and other stakeholders to the EU Health Policy Platform Live Webinar "Real-world data monitoring and AI for personalized digital care for people with chronic conditions: outcomes from RE-SAMPLE".

In this webinar, the RE-SAMPLE team presented the project's key results and disseminated knowledge about RE-SAMPLE data-driven healthcare tools. This includes insight in new parameters from real-world data for monitoring COPD and CCCs, AI-prediction models for flare-ups of COPD and CCCs, a privacy-preserving platform, self-management strategies, open science resources, and guidelines on how personalised digital health tools can be integrated in pan-European chronic healthcare settings.

This online webinar marked the project’s final event, even as dissemination and knowledge transfer activities continue.

You can watch the recording of the webinar on the RE-SAMPLE YouTube channel and below.
