On March 12-13, 2025, the RE-SAMPLE project team gathered for a dynamic virtual M48 Consortium Meeting filled with active participation and collaborative work. The two-day event featured five focused workshops addressing critical aspects of the project as it enters its final six months.
The agenda included comprehensive sessions on predictive model outcomes, fine-tuning of the dashboard and mobile app based on implementation feedback, evaluation strategies for the Virtual Companionship Programme (VCP), policy making and sustainability approaches, and scientific dissemination planning. The consortium partners contributed valuable insights and expertise throughout the discussions.
Project Coordinator Prof.dr.ir. Monique Tabak chaired the meetings and led the workshop on scientific dissemination plans, while Project Manager Sofya Kopelyan kept energy levels high by organising engaging online fun activities between sessions. The productive atmosphere fostered strategic decision-making and alignment on priorities for the project's concluding phase.
This M48 meeting represents a significant milestone as the RE-SAMPLE solution moves toward completion and prepares to deliver lasting impact in the healthcare domain. With clear direction and renewed momentum, the team is well-positioned to successfully complete the project's remaining deliverables. The consortium looks forward to their final in-person meeting, scheduled to take place in Vienna in June 2025.
