RE-SAMPLE Project Final Consortium Meeting

From 11 to 13 June 2025, the RE-SAMPLE Consortium gathered one final time in person in Vienna, Austria. The meeting was hosted by HOPE – the European Hospital and Healthcare Federation – ahead of their annual Agora event. This meeting marked an important milestone to finalise the project’s last steps and quality checks before its conclusion in August.

Following the format of previous editions, the event was structured around a series of workshops requiring input from all partners. Topics included the evaluation of the Virtual Companionship Programme, prediction models development, policymaking, open access and scientific coordination.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss post-project exploitation and dissemination strategies, ensuring that collaboration among partners will continue beyond the project's official end.
