D1.1 Quality Risk and IPR Management Plan This document describes the organisation and procedures of quality control, risk management and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) management that are necessary to ensure a high-quality delivery of the project.
D1.2 Data managment plan This document reports the third version of the data management plan for the RE-SAMPLE project. It analyses the main aspects of data management policy with the help of the template provided by the Horizon 2020 Online manual.
D1.4 Ethics strategy This deliverable will briefly explain the ethical and regulatory framework that is identified as being relevant to the RE-SAMPLE project. The contents of this deliverable will act as guideline for all the RE-SAMPLE consortium members.
D2.1 User needs and expectations for privacy-abiding RWD collection This deliverable describes the design, application and results of the user research studies which form the basis for the identification of user needs and the specification of user requirements for the RE-SAMPLE virtual companionship programme.
D2.4 Functional specifications for the virtual companionship programme The focus in this deliverable is on the needs and expectations of patients and healthcare professionals related to self-management, (shared) decision-making, data visualisation, communicating and connecting, and coaching.
D3.2 Privacy-preserving designs of Machine Learning This deliverable describes the privacy risks for the federated training of a predictive model in RE-SAMPLE and presents a privacy-preserving solution to this problem. The solution utilises homomorphic encryption and is assessed against attacks.
D3.3 Key features extraction This deliverable documents the process of extracting the most important features from the RE-SAMPLE datasets containing data from the Hospital Information Systems and real-world data like environmental data, activity data and questionnaire scores.
D4.1 Representation of Multi-Modal Data and Disease Progression Monitoring Features This deliverable describes the accomplished work until month 18 related to the data standardization process, specifying a common data model agreed among the consortium partners.
D4.8 Security and Data Protection Policies The main objective of this deliverable is to describe the data protection policy for the RE-SAMPLE platform and all the GDPR-enforcing procedural and organisational measures, as well as provide template forms for clinical partners.
D5.7 End-user involvement for design and evaluation This deliverable gives an overview of the end-user involvement activities carried out from the beginning of the project until Month 11.
D5.8 End-user involvement for design and evaluation - 2nd year This deliverable gives an overview of the end-user involvement activities carried out from Month 12 until Month 23 and outlines the initial plan for the next iterations of end-user studies.
D5.9 End-user involvement for design and evaluation - 3rd year This deliverable gives an overview of the end-user involvement activities carried out from M24 until M39. It describes the status of the end-user panel, feedback exchanged between end-users and RE-SAMPLE, and results of the studies' iterations.
D7.1 SROI Methodology and first Quick Scan SROI ratio The objective of this deliverable is to describe the social return on investment (SROI) methodology and estimate a first forecast SROI ratio of our foreseen RE-SAMPLE innovation.
D8.2 Project website This document provides a description of the project website of RE-SAMPLE. This website is an important tool for spreading information about the project, communicating with target audiences, and disseminating the results of the project.
